The Q&A Center Expert Panel
The Q&A Center Expert Panel consists of well-regarded health marketing communications professionals who have volunteered to regularly answer questions posted by community members on this site. (They will also actively participate in our "How Do I?" Q&A Series.) Panel members have special expertise in a range of subjects, including digital marketing, social media, social marketing, mobile health, behavior change and public health communications. We are grateful for their support.

Andre Blackman
Andre Blackman, currently with the American Heart Association, is an agent of change and innovation within the public health community. He has worked alongside organizations such as the Black AIDS Institute, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Department of Health and Human Services and the North Carolina Division of Public Health to educate and promote innovation around important health initiatives and opportunities. Through his popular blog, Pulse + Signal, Blackman aims to educate and provide strategy for a variety of healthcare (public/community health, pharma, etc.) related organizations and initiatives that want to make use of the new socially interactive landscape and generate new ideas for greater impact. R. Craig Lefebvre, PhD
R. Craig Lefebvre, PhD is an architect and designer of public health and social change programs. He is the chief maven at socialShift, the social|design, marketing and media consultancy located in Sarasota, FL and Silver Spring, MD. His framework blends empirical research and consumer experience to engage people’s imagination and passions in the design, implementation and evaluation of purpose-driven marketing programs.
Dr. Lefebvre also holds appointments as a Research Professor at The George Washington University School of Public Health and Health Services, University of Maryland School of Public Health and the University of South Florida School of Public Health. His current research focuses on applying design thinking, social media and mobile technologies in social marketing and public health programs. Eileen O'Brien
Eileen O'Brien is director, search and innovation at Siren Interactive, a health marketing firm specializing in communicating about rare diseases.
Rachael Randal
Rachael is founder of healthypi communications and a specialist healthcare communications consultant and writer with experience working on both medical communications and public relations programmes within a variety of markets (New Zealand, Australia, UK, Asia and international communications). Her expertise encompasses all types of healthcare-focused communications, from strategic planning to KOL and stakeholder development and advocacy relations to materials development, including scientific and medical documentation, media materials, and healthcare information for non-medical, lay audiences, policy influencers and payers. Nedra Weinreich

Nedra Weinreich is president and founder of Weinreich Communications. She is widely recognized as an expert in the field of social marketing. She is the author of the classic book Hands-On Social Marketing: A Step-by-Step Guide. Since starting Weinreich Communications in 1995, Weinreich has provided effective and innovative social marketing services for clients like the US Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration, Public Health Service, National Cancer Institute, Environmental Protection Agency, Department of Energy and numerous state, local and international organizations.
